One of our most important end-of-the-year projects is the “Holiday Goody Bag Project”.  It’s a continuation of our monthly community service.  We feel it’s important for our children to learn to consider the unhoused people on the street.  We feel privileged to have been able to keep up with the  “Holiday Goody Bag Project” for the last twelve years.

As we celebrate various holidays, travel, or go on vacations, taking a little time to do what we can is a big life lesson for our children.

 We appreciate all your donations. Please check in the office for the list of sample items.

A huge note of appreciation to Madison Moreau’s mom, Deborah Moreau, for going out of her way to collect an incredible amount of items for this project again.

The Goody Bag bagging day is 12/20 from 3 pm to 4 pm.

The annual charity donation drive has started.  TKS Families, this is your once-a-year chance to challenge board breaking, test your power, and participate in the charity drive.  All proceeds will go to CHOC (Children’s Hospital of Orange County).

It’s time for the biggest event of the year.

Everyone had an amazing day at the ATC Championship on 10/25/2025.  It’s the most anticipated event of the year.  The most popular event was the obstacle course and the speed breaking. If you missed the ATC this year,  make sure to sign up for the next year!

Referees and Volunteers also had a day to experience putting their knowledge into practice on the other side of the mat.

TKS Demonstration Team performed at the Buena Park Culture Fest.  Despite the unfamiliar grass ground, our team did very well.

Jenna Ryu, Junie Kwon, Cailyn Kwon, and Crosby Son. It’s Official now. They have become members of the Kukkiwon California Taekwondo Demonstration Team. Huge thanks to our TKS Masters for their dedication and to the parents for their unconditional support. It’s a great honor to be the first-generation Kukkiwon California Taekwondo Demonstration Team. There will be more rigorous training and a challenging road ahead, but it’ll be an experience of a lifetime.

Celebrate August together.  Come out with your friends for an exciting night of Taekwondo kicking challenges, target kicking, and wooden board breaking at our Brea dojang.
