“Good News”.

We are privileged and grateful to announce that TEAM TKS is going to the 2025 AAU Taekwondo National Championship in Salt Lake City, Utah.  They are training hard every day to bring up their physical condition to the top, and learning that “Sweat Never Lies”.

Another successful Black Belt Dan Promotion Test is under our belt.

Everyone’s hard work was evident in their presentation.

TKS Competition Team free trial is on the 26th of April for the May, June, and July terms.  Come try out, join the team, and experience the next level of Taekwondo!

Qualifications:

• You must be a TKS Student.
• You must have our Master’s recommendation.
• You must be a yellow belt or higher.
• You must be available for year-round Saturday morning training.

April Special Event:  Leadership & Motivation

Our TKS Competition Team  (Poomsae and Sparring) members will join the regular classes and train together.  They will coach, demonstrate, and train together with the class.

Here are the dates for each category:

Poomsae Team:  4/22 and 4/23

Sparring Team:  4/25

Welcome Back, Junie Kwon!

He placed 6th in Cadet Poomsae at the ISF U15 Gymnasiade in Serbia 2025, representing TEAM USA with AAU Taekwondo.  What an awesome experience and memories!

By popular demand, Part 2 of the “WEAPONS” Seminar will be expanded to include the Assistant Black Belts.  Join the class and try the new challenge.

The ATC Taekwondo Rumble is on April 26th. All TKS students, Yellow Belt and up, are welcome to attend.

Sparring rumbles are designed to provide a fun and informal setting for Taekwondo students to hone their sparring skills without the pressure of formal competition.  Sparring Rumbles involve multiple continuous sparring rounds rotating through different opponents.  It’s a fun and challenging way to practice your sparring skills.
